The Department of Management Studies, SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Kattankulathur, organised The Management Meet – MANASO’25 on 8^th November 2025.          

Dr. V. Chidhabararajan, Director and Dr.M.Murugan, Principal, SRMVEC was inaugurated the orientation program. The HOD Prof. Venkat Muramalla was convened the orientation programme.

Ms. Pradheeksha Swaminathan, Sr. Manager – HR and Admin, Shriram Properties, Chennai. was the Chief Guest of this Management Meet. He addressed and emphasised to the gathering that management principles and entrepreneurial skills. He also explained that Self-management skills are an important part of showing that a reliable employee. Those without these skills may be unpredictable, which can make an employer nervous. 

 

 

 

He extended his speech to entrepreneur skills include various skill sets such as leadership, business management, time management, creative thinking and problem-solving.

The main objective of this event is to enhance and enrich the managerial and entrepreneurial skills among the students and make them as great entrepreneurs in the future.

The following events such as Market Mogul (Marketing Activity), Wealth Wizards (Stock Market and Trading Activity), Visionary Leaders (Best Manager Activity), Connect & Conquer (Team Building Activity), Knowledge Knockout (Business Quiz Activity) and Series Mania (Non- Technical Activity) will conduct on this Management Event – MANASO’25. Dr. M.Murugan, Principal, SRM Valliammai Engineering College and Dr. R. Venkatesh Babu, Director – Academic & Admin, SRM Groups were inaugurated the event, Dr. Venkata Sai Srinivasa Rao Muramalla, Head of the Department, Department of Management Studies was the convenor and Dr. Sujatha – Associate Professor, Dr. D.Mohanraj – Assistant Professor (Sel. Grade) and Dr. B. Kiruthiga -  Assistant Professor (OG) were acted as coordinators.
