After the preparation, the biscuits are sent to the in-house lab for quality checks. Once they meet the required standards, they proceed to the packing stage. We also got to visit both the primary and secondary packing areas.
The packing area had multiple lines where we observed the packing of various products, including biscuits like Krack Jack and 20-20, as well as confectioneries such as Mango Bite, Kaccha Mango Bite, toffees, Popins, Parle Kreams, Kisses chocolates, and other snacks, each packed through dedicated pipelines.
We also had a chance to see the packaging material manufacturing area, where they produce their own biscuit and chocolate packets. This in-house production helps reduce costs compared to outsourcing.
