MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 

to Employees –RLT Instrumentation Pvt.Ltd. 

on title Day 1 - “Time Management”, Day 2 - “Work Life Balance”, Day 3 - “Stress Management” on 12.02.2024, 13.02.24 & 14.02.24.

The Management Development Programme was planned and conducted on 12/02/24, 13/02/24 and 14/02/24 respectively at RLT Instrumentation Private Ltd. Athur, Chengalpet.

Day 1 – Induction and Knowledge Transfer on the topic “Time Management”.

The session was delivered by Dr. Latha K and Mr. Suresh K.  In time management, the lecture was delivered in aspects like Utopia, Time matters, Effective time management (HPBOSATD), Quality work life, Healthy practices, Being organized, Self Accountability, Time discipline were discussed among the participants.The lecture also included the Parkinson’s Law for the effective time management.

Day 2 – The session was on the topic “Work Life Balance”.

The session was delivered by Dr. Sujatha L. In work life balance, its importance, impacts of unhealthy work life balance, best work life balance initiatives by top companies, exercises for work-life balance were delivered in detail.

Day 3 – “The session was on the topic “Stress Management”.

The session was delivered by Dr. Kiruthiga B. In Stress Management, the participants were shared with the concepts like the importance of stress management in life, the signs of stress – physical signs, mental signs, behavioural signs, job stress signs, and symptoms, the points of conversion from stress to wellness, connection of stress with performances, difference between Eustress and Distress, Tips to manage stress were discussed among the participants.

After the end of each session, the participants were motivated to ask questions on the topics respectively. The queries of the participants were discussed and clarity was given.

As a part of valedictory, the participants were given certificates of participation as a token of appreciation and motivation. The Managing Director, RLT Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Karthik headed the valedictory function. A thankful memento was also rendered to him from the department to the MD during the ceremony. The Plant manager, Mr. Balaji was also present.
