Report on the Event
About the event:
Our team conducted a school outreach program on combating exam stress and fear at Sivananda Saraswathi School, Maraimalai Nagar. The session aimed to help students manage anxiety and perform better in exams. We engaged students with interactive discussions, activities, and mindfulness exercises. Experts shared practical tips on stress management, time management, and effective study techniques. A guided meditation session helped students relax and focus. Role-playing activities demonstrated how to tackle exam pressure with confidence. Students shared their fears, and we provided personalized strategies to overcome them. Motivational talks encouraged students to replace fear with self-belief.
Teachers and staff actively participated, supporting students in their learning journey. We introduced simple breathing techniques to calm the mind before exams. A Q&A session allowed students to voice concerns and receive expert guidance. Inspirational stories of individuals who overcame exam stress inspired students. The session emphasized the importance of a balanced lifestyle, including sleep, nutrition, and breaks. Students left feeling more confident, positive, and prepared for their exams. The school appreciated the initiative, and we hope to continue such impactful sessions in the future.
