The Chief Guest, Smt. AnuradhaNagarajan, (HR/Kaleeswari Refinery Private Limited) in her lecture emphasized upon different Redefined strategies and Innovative approaches in this crisis situation. She also outlined the strategies that are followed in the Human Resource department at Kaleeswari Refinery Private Limited, Chennai. She gave an insight of the skills that one could acquire and equip for their career challenges.The chief guest also addressed theQueries raised from the participants in the Q & A session.

The Chief Guest Smt. Nandini Murali, in his lecture discussed in detail about the “Building resilience and the resource person insisted that the ability to adapt well to adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or even significant sources of stress. She also emphasized that it can help students to manage stress, feelings of anxiety and uncertainty. She also gave insights on the workshop needed to build Resilience in the present context.
